Crafty Chica - How To Make Purse Tassels and Keychains

I'm super excited about Kathy Murillo's blog post today!  She made the most adorable purse tassels and keychains with the PattieWack Tassel Tools.  Her color choices are SO much fun, and her energy is electric in her tassel-making designs.  She even made a keychain for her hubby Patrick that you'll just love.
